Join 35th generation Shaolin Disciple Master Dào for daily Tai Chi and experience the benefits of this gentle form of exercise for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Master Dào’s lineage goes back over 1500 years. In his early ’30s, he found himself getting sick often and suffering from low energy. Today, he attributes his physical and mental strength to his training in the ancient Shaolin arts.
