Cinderella Man

Academy Award-winning director Ron Howard re-teams with Oscar-winning writer Akiva Goldsman for this story of promising boxer Jim Braddock who struggles to support his family during the Depression.

Braddock’s luck turns when he defies all odds and defeats heavyweight champion Max Baer in a 15-round slugfest. A symbol of success to the disenfranchised masses, he is dubbed the “Cinderella Man.”
