Organic Panic Christmas Special – Christmas Food

In “Organic Panic Christmas: Food”, chef Miriam Streiman shows Gino, Catherine and their three older children how to cook organic, as well as a conventional, Christmas dinners. Leading up to Miriam’s fabulous feast, Catherine, Gino and their family will visit and speak to the people who produce the food she prepares for them. After visiting the farms and stores where their Christmas meals originate and after seeing the preparation of their feast, will Gino, Catherine and their children choose an organic or conventional Christmas dinner?

Organic Panic Christmas Special – Christmas Decorations and Gifts
December 17 at 2pm ET / 11am PT

“Organic Panic Christmas: Decorations and Gifts” focuses on all of the other aspects of Christmas: the presents, the decorations, the events and what role organics have to play in them. An organically raised tree versus a plastic tree? Toys and gifts made with organically grown plants and animals versus conventional toys and gifts? The holidays are an expensive and stressful time. The “Christmas industrial complex” is massive and growing. Can organics lessen the impact on our planet of the furious consumerism that surrounds Christmas?
