Whether your choice of relaxation is yoga or mild exercise, spa and related pampering, aromatherapy and specific massage, or other less regular techniques, you’ll find them here designed to put you in a peaceful state of mind.

All the techniques are presented in a simple, clear way, making them accessible, and easy to understand and use. Katrina tests each and every one of them, and expresses her impressions after each session, describing their effects. As a professional wrestler, she knows how important it is to learn to relax and allow your body and mind to rest.
