12 Trees of Christmas

Cheri Jamison (Lindy Booth), the children’s librarian at her local NYC library, is excited to celebrate the Christmas season with her beloved community, until she learns the library’s building’s owner, Mrs. Shaughnessy, has allowed her grandson, and real estate developer, Tony (Robin Dunne), to raze the historic library.

With Tony’s plans to tear it down and build high-rise loft apartments, Cheri rallies the residents of her block to save the library and help her with a fundraiser that will draw media attention; they will all decorate Christmas trees to the theme “what the library means to me” to be part of a large Christmas festival held in the library’s courtyard.

As Cheri works to save the library she discovers that Tony is more than the heartless man she thinks. The two compete for the best tree, Tony with professional help from the fabulous Cordelia (Melanie Brown), hoping to win over Mrs. Shaughnessy to their side.

Will Cheri be able to convince Mrs. Shaughnessy and Tony to save the building or will her dedication to the beloved library drive Tony away…and with it true love?
